In 1810 the house of Yusupov was sold to the state, and the Park was given to the Management of railway in Russia. The Park of the change of owners did not hurt. The greenhouses and fountains were built throughout the street and built a fine cast – iron grate. In the North – East was built greenhouse gardener of Eilers, where sales have grown the best flowers in St. Petersburg.
