The area of the Loft is 13000 sq. m. This four-storied building formerly occupied by the Design Bureau of research and production enterprise "Signal". Our team await a large work. We plan to create a modern Loft, where organically will be combined standing event space, lecture halls, office and retail areas, café, workshops and various creative studios
WHY IS "PLACE MORE?"
This is "game of words"!
On Russian manners we are called this place as "sea place". And translate to English as "more space". Since our motto is "More space is more opportunities!" More opportunities for realize its creativity and business ideas!
WHY IS "ECO-LOFT?"
On the territory of the Loft, the courtyard,there is a wonderful green area. It is a cozy, green garden with fruit trees. We have restored the garden and now have the opportunity to spend in the garden festivals and fairs, workshops, yoga. Next summer we will plan to open cinema in the garden under the open sky, and in winter to fill the rink!

THE CONCEPT OF LOFT:
The first floor is a shopping- entertainment. The ART Playground "Territory of a Garden" has already opened and operated: designed boutique Gallery, is undergoing renovations in the restaurant area 600 sq.m.
On the second floor,there are shops, laboratories and creative workshops, show-rooms, exhibition space, Studio rooms for workshops, seminars, photo-recording studios, copyrights, beauty salons, dormitories. Currently opened and operated an art gallery, a shop of exclusive gifts, pottery and glass workshops, workshop on manufacturing of stained-glass windows, a workshop for manufacturing wood products, recording Studio, film Studio, shop and showroom of clothing, workshop interior design, Studio printing, quest claustrophobic.
THE THIRD FLOOR is cultural education. It is reserved for school of dance, studio of acting, film and television, language schools, school of art and design, yoga Studio.
ON THE FOURTH FLOOR is office space.
