The center of contemporary culture TORCH is a new space for development and cooperation located outside the Central part of the city.
The TORCH is a unique project, which includes a large exhibition space, and coworking for freelancers with unlimited Internet, with 6 individual spaces for creative associations, developing social projects and own open air playground for outdoor activities.
The mission of the project is to initiate a continuous socio-cultural activity and the implementation of modern projects on the territory of the Frunze area with involvement in interesting the public. The TORCH is a project of the Frunze district administration.
